Ross & Chris welcome Matt Caldwell of Tread Lightly to the show. Matt is the Executive Director of Tread Lightly and has a background in off-road motorsports. Matt has also worked for Jackson Motorsports Group with Michelin and BFGoodrich. He has been to Baja to support the races down there over ten times. His stories about participating with BFGoodrich and their pits are fantastic.
