V.I.S.I.T. – BMW 733 Has Been Around a Time or Two

IMG_20140607_130020 I’ve always been attracted to the look of the BMW 7 Series E23 cars, especially the 745. To me, it combines the classic muscle car look in a contemporary German grand touring design. So when I ran across this 733 recently, I had to stop and get a closer look. This, of course, is not a 745, but the more common 733. It seems that this car has spent time overseas, although it appears to be a US model, based on the large bumpers. Based on this sticker, this car would be a 1979 model, but I can’t be sure. Any 7 Series experts care to chime in? IMG_20140607_130006 It must have been quite a sight seeing this big machine barreling through Karrusell. Since the car was parked near a business and clearly hadn’t been there long, I didn’t want to stick around too long and get pictures of the interior. I did manage to get a peek at the interior, and I can tell you it was in original condition, much like the exterior. I know maintaining a BMW can be expensive, but apparently they will run for decades if you take care of them. What do you think of this blue beauty?
