Maybe you’re looking to get in on some of that sweet Ford wagon action. Here’s your chance! This ’66 Country Sedan is in nearly impeccable shape, no doubt from not being used to haul engines and transmissions around. The engine’s a bit of a mystery, though. The fender badge and air-cleaner sticker claim it to be a 427, which is what the seller claimed the first time they listed it. This time around, they’ve backed off from the 427 claim, just saying it’s a 352ci (which is what the “X” in the  VIN decodes as)”with some work done”. So, you’ve got a nice clean wagon with either a warmed-up 352 (no slouch in its own right) or a stonking 427. The $9.5k starting bid and $11k buy it now take it out of Too Cheap to Pass Up territory, but that’s still a hell of a lot of car for the price of a used Civic. Ok, straight away, this 59 Chevy Sedan Delivery (aka panel-wagon)’s seller is running for Optimist Of The Year with a $9k buy-it-now. But you’ve gotta think potential when reading this ad. It’s got what appears to be a straight body and decent frame, with some metal work needed on the interior. Along with, you know, installing the rest of the interior. The seller’s offering the aborted project standard pile of parts (“it’s all there, you just need to put it together!”). It does have a killer 454 + muncie 4 speed drivetrain combo in a body that’s super rare. I think we can all agree, this would be a perfect first car for your teenage son. So, which will it be?
