i totally agree with you guys on the subject of J Clarkson.
read about the time he punched Piers Morgan. read about the things he had to say after that, the excuses he makes, the way he deflects blame for the incident. sure, it takes two to tango, but it’s not a bright spot. and when you put the most recent event in that context, when you start to pay attention to JC’s behavior outside of Top Gear, it becomes a lot harder to overlook his infractions, and the offensive jokes he makes on the show. that “come on guys it’s just a joke” impulse that Blake mentions – it just goes down the tubes.
Bravo, Blake. Fuck Top Gear! I don’t need a shock jock car show. I don’t need to watch anything other than Motorweek to get a quality car show.
