Name That Engine

Here’s an easy one, in fact half the work is done for you as the Ferrari name is cast into the cam cover. Also, if you count the pipes, you can tell that it has at least six cylinders. The question is, what’s it powering, and what are the details of this Italian artwork?
Shouldn’t be too hard, and for those of you who don’t get it, the answer will be revealed in today’s Last Call.
Happy Googling.

Was there ever an answer posted for the previous "Name That Part" from 17 March? Perhaps we can ask for that in today's Last Call?

Yep, it's the Arno XI. But I think it's a Colombo, not a Lampredi.
