Just About Perfect: Supercharged e34 M5 Touring

e34 m5 touring wagon for salee34 m5 touring wagon for sale
As the owner of two grey station wagons, I can attest to the near-invisibility to law enforcement of the wagon form factor. That’s a good thing, because we suspect that the 377hp supercharged 3.8L engine in this M5 Touring is capable of impressively illegal acts all day every day on the weekends and plenty of errand running at full opposite lock on weekends.
It’s a full Euro model that’s been completely Federalized. The reserve’s not met at $20k, and the Buy it Now is at and optimistic $36,800. What’s with the crazy expensive Bimmers lately?
Thanks to Ari for the Tip!

Just looking at this has my palms wet and mouth dry, as it is one of my two favorite modern BMWs. Still, it appears they want a lot of scratch for a 15 YO bimmer.

Glad its not just me with the dry mouth and wet palms. Shit is hot, yo. Seriously, $36,800?!? That is not optimistic, that is obscene.

This car is all kinds of awesome, and although $37k is a bit much, it's about the same price as a new 328i with, oh, two options.
It's super fast, super rare, it's already been federalized, and it's a wagon! To someone who wants an M5 Touring, this will be worth the price.
    I wish I could be that someone…

I beg to differ on the invisibility of wagons. Please note #8 on the list.

While Autotrader and some info services categorize the xB as a wagon, I do not. That's a microvan or a 5-door hatch.
Subaru Outback is clearly the Hoon's Choice.

That is one hella sexy car. Almost all my friends can't understand my lust for wagons. I'll bet they haven't actually seen a nicely kept Benz or BMW wagon.
All they're thinking about is old buick or ford station wagons with marshmallow suspensions.
