Hooniverse Weekend Edition: The V8 Hotel in Stuttgart, Germany.

This is just about the greatest idea in Hotels that I have seen in a long while. This posting over at CarDomain caught my attention, and I thought it was something worth sharing. Introducing the V8 Hotel in Meilenwerk, Stuttgart, Germany.

Any reader of Hooniverse would love to stay once inside the V8 Hotel in Stuttgart, Germany. It is a 4-star hotel that is located within Böblingen’s Meilenwerk, an exclusive car museum on the site of Baden-Wurttemberg’s first airport. The hotel is situated in one of Germany’s top locations for automotive enthusiasts, and it features four single rooms, 19 double rooms, a tower suite and 10 theme-based rooms designed to blow your mind. The larger rooms are centered around various topics related to the automobile, such as motor racing, V8 camp, drive-in cinema and such.

The Morris Minor should be a child's rollaway bed. The feet sticking out from under the front is a fun and accurate touch.

I’m happily living in south-western Germany, but my parents – esp. my grandfather – have american ancestry. Thus I believe to be German with a little bit Anglo-American influence. Your interesting thoughts about the German way seem to be extremely negative for my ears; I’d strongly believe, American politicians could learn much from the way german politics is handling its problems in the moment.
