If it makes you feel any better, I had to *shudder* sign up for Twitter to submit my entry…

Woot! What is your twitter name so I can harass you?

We should start our own T-shirt contest, with blackjack and hookers!

      1. Vavon Avatar

You should know me better than that!

  4. muthalovin Avatar

I just want a shirt that says "Born To Hoon" and the parallels in the H to be a pair of 11s running down the shirt.
    Flick, get on this.

    1. Scandinavian Flick ★ Avatar

I like it… I'll see what I can do when I get back from lunch. 😉

    2. MVEilenstein Avatar

"Tramps like us, baby we were born to hoooooon . . . "

I'll leave the PS file open until I leave work (couple hours…) so let me know if you have any ideas to improve it.

      1. muthalovin Avatar

I like it a lot. I was thinking of stacked letters, like
        ____Born
        ______to
        ___Hoon
I had to add the ____, but I am sure you get the point.
God, I just need to learn me some PS. I have had it on my goddamn work computer for years.

        1. Scandinavian Flick ★ Avatar

          So more like this?

I never really officially learned, and my techniques aren't the best. I just started playing around with it a few years ago. Whenever I wanted to do something specific that I couldn't figure out, I just did a Google search and read tutorials. Basic manipulations are pretty simple. I can't do graphic design or photo editing for shit…

          1. muthalovin Avatar

10/10; would rock on a slate shirt. This is pretty much how I pictured it!
Thanks, Flick! If this one wins, I will buy a onesie for both my daughter and I.
Also, I should spend my freetime playing with PS rather than goofin' on the 'Verse. Yeah, right.

            1. Scandinavian Flick ★ Avatar

Haha, thanks! It was a great idea, so I had fun rolling with it. I'll have to submit it tomorrow, according to the one-per-day limit. But if it wins, I'll be sure to put you on the loaner list for the GoPro. 😉

              1. muthalovin Avatar

Rad! Godspeed Flick! oohhhh, that would be a good shirt too…

          2. muthalovin Avatar

Also, if you win on this entry, can you send me the GoPro for, like, a week or something? I will return it, maybe busted.

          3. Jeff Glucker Avatar

            wunderbar!

If we're going with HOON, it's got to have a picture of Eric Bana's Beast power sliding through a corner.

    Submitted mine on the bookface.
    I'd buy my shirt.
    That sounded creepy.
IT PUTS THE LOTION ON ITS SKIN!

How about a shirt with say, a large 60's – 70's style Smiths tacho, with the redline area marked in plaid? Or would something like this not be obvious enough? Or too nerdy?

    1. Jeff Glucker Avatar

Hmm, I like the basic concept — keep going!

  10. calgoat Avatar

I've been trying to design something that pays a simple homage to the 3-pedal configuration for a while now. Maybe this should motivate me.
