White Limo

I’ve gotta’ say, I love the Foo Fighters. I don’t think there’s another band out there that exemplifies good hard rock better than does Dave Grohl and company. Add to that a video for a screaming head banger off their last album that features a sweet caddy limo driven by none other than Hollywood fixture and noted diabetes sufferer Lemmy Killmeister and I say you’ve got yourself a winner.

Prepare to rock your balls off after the jump.

If you've not yet watched "Sound City" directed by Mr. Grohl, stop what your doing and download it. NOW! One of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

[full disclosure] I have not been paid to endorse/promote or otherwise sing praise upon this film. Also, I may or may not have a man crush on Dave Grohl. nohomo

Make some room in that closet, I'm right there with you. Can't recommend Sound City highly enough! His keynote address at SXSW this year was great, too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Efv0Y5Fs7m4

The ironic thing about it all is that he harps about sound quality and then gives the CD a dynamic range of 6. Basically it's highly compressed and the instruments don't have room to breath. The last Foo Fighters album (Wasted Light) on CD has about the same dynamic range as well. You can read about the loudness wars here: http://dynamicrangeday.co.uk/about/
That being said, the documentary is great, and I love the last Foo Fighters album.
