It’s the beginning of April. Days are longer, the weather is warmer and we’re slowly emerging from our automotive hibernation. All over the country various automotive events will begin: autocross, shows, concours, HPDEs, Cars and Breakfasts, races, etc. Consider this post to be your friendly reminder not to be “that guy”. That guy who thinks he is fastest, knows the most, has the best/fastest/shiniest car. Chances are that there is someone who is faster than you, knows more, or used a q-tip to get the dirt out from under the air conditioner compressor pulley.

After the jump is a video. If you have ever attended a track event chances are that you saw that guy, or worse, you were that guy. Watch it, it’s a little lengthy but it gets the point across.
