Mystery Car

TGIF, so let’s have some fun. Here’s a car that’s not so common, but that has a pretty rich history, and one that you all should get in no time flat. You know the drill- year, make, model, and engine size, FTW. Regardless of which one of you comes up with the correct answer in within the next three nano-seconds, I’ll do a reveal a little later in the day. Good luck!

Goddamn, that is not a NSX. What do I win for my astuteness?

Looks like maybe some sort of Elva. Something late 50s-early 60s British or Italian from a really small maker.

And of course, I meant "Moretti 750 Gran Sport." Swallow…where the hell did that come from?

I'm not proud of my freudulent claim about the car's identity.
(I figured it out: there's a different car called the Swallow Doretti, and I was confusing the two. I am the oldest 35-year-old I know.)
