Mystery Car

Welcome to our weekly Mystery Car contest, this week brought to you by the letter J and the number 7. No wait, that’s Sesame Street. We don’t actually have anybody sponsoring the Mystery Car and that’s a mystery to me. Oh well, enjoy it until we sell out. Make and model if you please.

Wow, GTXcellent, you’re my hero. And I actually owned one in 1970-1. Green, with vinyl roof and Tri-Power and 4 speed. We “improved it” with 4.56 gears. It was great to about 80. By the way – what’s the nice car in the reflection with the sidemount spare?

I wouldn’t put too much stock into it – I think I’ve only been able to solve 2 of these Mystery Cars – the other one was another early ’60s Pontiac too.

On the reflection – isn’t it lucky cars only all look the same nowadays?

I’m still blown away. You’re the ’60’s Poncho “whisperer”.

Holy crap, I should have guessed that, having owned a couple of ’60s Pontiacs.
