Mystery Car

Well, T.G.I.F., and that means it must be Mystery Car time. Here’s a car in Italianate red that looks like it could be from pretty much any of the past three decades. For your Friday pleasure, start channelling Mr. Peabody and Sherman in setting your Way-Back machine of a brain. Or, if you’re lazy, just hit up Google.
You know the drill- name, year, engine. It’s pretty easy, so I expect you to get it before any of us sobers up from yesterday’s St. Paddy’s Day celebrations.

    I give up, though I think it is probably 78-82, obviously a GT, very likely European, cheaper and less aggressive than an Aston or Ferrari, but not too cheap. But you already knew all that. However, while searching fruitlessly, I found these that I had never seen before:
