If you’re going to go slow, you might as well have a good time when doing so. Truth be told, Harley (not Hardly) Davidson once produced a series of step-through Scooters- the Topper line in the sixties.  Those weren’t exactly In the Wind material, as they offered only a 165-cc 2-stroke engine with a recoil rope starter. Still, they were hardly the worst out there.

Last Call indicates the end of Hooniverse’s broadcast day. It’s meant to be an open forum for anyone and anything. Thread jacking is not only accepted, it’s encouraged.
