Yes, the lego model engine is awesome. But have you seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9e8k9OiQCw&fe
a model engine that actually makes power and runs on gasoline. Dude built the thing himself, took him over a year to do so. Some people are crazy and awesome all at the same time.

Now that's just the cutest little outrageous thing yet. I like the fact that it's mounted on stainless steel valves, on a nice polished white granite slab. Presentation is everything. This is a little jewel.

Aww, listen to that adorable pint-sized V8 burble!

It even has a dipstick! Love it.

Excellent. Nothing that grand in our house but I am trying to build a Star Cruiser for the kids and it is kicking my butt. 100 studs long, 20 wide and it is becoming the all-consuming piece hog for their collection.

Now you only need a Lego Miata!

I only wish I had so much spare time! I think that's a pretty awesome build, but I don't know that I'd spend my extra time building a Lego engine. For what the Legos probably cost to put that thing together you could probably buy a real engine with a real car wrapped around it!

Being this is last call, and you can discuss whatever…has anyone ever heard of a movie called "Border Patrol?" I saw it on TV last night. It's a lower budget-looking flick that stars Michael DeLorenzo. For the most part it is kind of a dopey movie, but the guy who plays the "border patrol agent" drives around in a very "old school custom" Hudson (complete with rear fender skirts, dummy spotlights and scallop paint job). The funniest part about the car is that it was right hand drive! Has anyone else heard of this movie…or for that matter…a RHD Hudson?

I've never seen it, but I know what movie you're talking about. And if it's pre-war old, conversions were easier and more common that time.

I don't know if its okay for legos to be sexy, but those headers are sexy. There, I said it.

Sexy is what you think it is. If Angelina Jolie is your thing, then that's sexy to you, and it's just fine. And if I happen to find something oddly attractive about Carnie Wilson, then… uh… please just shoot me.

Did anyone else notice the engine was turning COUNTER-clockwise?
