This is either a typo or representative of Fiat’s latest crazy attempt to move cars, starting with the used ones. Regardless, somebody better scoop this up before it’s too late.

Last Call: Dodgy Deal Edition

I’d rather have a blue one and the Ram is wider/taller than I’d like (the Dakota form-factor was perfect for me), but I could maybe be persuaded to take it off their hands for that price.

As long as we’re talking Dodge trucks:

Excellent! Not the payoff I was expecting.

I call fake — no one said “Hold my beer and watch this!”

My daughter participated in Tire Rack’s Street Survival teen driving school this weekend. This rather rather poor cell phone video is her abusing abusing mom’s Prius through the course. Hard acceleration, hard brake and turn, slalom and a short road course. There was also a skid pad with cracked corn for more sliperiness and a lane change exercise. It was a great day, I think she learned a lot and had fun too.
-
As Clarkson would say: “If it looks slow, it’s usually really fast!”. I also assume your Prius to be bragging about its wild experience to the other Sonata’s, Camry’s and Priiiiiiii at the Whole Foods parking lot forever from now on.
-
Given how it fights anything approaching enthusiastic driving, I’d say more like “You won’t believe what they put me through.”

On the skid pad, the instructors would pull the hand brake to kick the tail out so the kids had to deal with oversteer. The Prius has a foot parking brake so she didn’t experience that. Plus the stability control wouldn’t let her slide at all. There was a kid in a Volvo S80 and another in a Jetta that were fun to watch on the skid pad because they were aggressive and got sideways a lot.
In the other group there was a kid with his license less than 3 months driving an E36 M3 and another driving a Wrangler Unlimited. I wish I could have seen those two, but we were in the classroom while they were on the track.

Lexus has been running this ad in my local paper for weeks now:

What’s wrong with it? Imagine it painted in a newspaper – the black nuances disappear around the wheels. It looks like a white car shot at by a navy wessel where the wheels are supposed to be. Underlining the strangeness of the “I have the hugest wheel arches of them all!”-design philosophy. -
A recent Dodge Ram for FREE?
