Last Call: A Miata on a Gravel Road is a Glorious Thing

What’s your favorite type of road? One of mine is a nicely graded stretch of gravel. You don’t need to be going flat out to enjoy your vehicle as the limits come way down, while the fun goes way up. Here are two perfect examples of this idea. In each photo you’ll see a Mazda Miata, a gravel road, and an absolutely glorious backdrop.

I want to drive both cars on both stretches…

i try not to be That Miata Guy, but gosh dang it they’re just such good cars. I take my NA everywhere, drive it like I stole it, and it doesn’t skip a beat.

Below the hood beats the heart of a NA… Just like a Miata/MX-5 only less practical, but lighter!
