Ken Block’s Hoonicorn finally meets a worthy challenge in an Audi RS3?

Have you been watching the Hoonicorn vs the World series over on the Hoonigan YouTube channel? It’s worth your time because it shows just how damn fast the Hoonicorn Mustang truly is. The battleground is a place in which the heavily modified old Mustang was never designed to compete; an airstrip doing duty as a drag strip. To see just how quick Ken Block’s ride is, it’s been facing off against all manner of machine. And he and the powerful Hoonicorn have dispatched all with ease.

Until now… the 1,400-horsepower Mustang has been given its first real test. And it’s courtesy of an Audi RS3?!

Yes, because said Audi is a drag race car that’s capable of running 8-second quarter-mile passes. Is that enough to hold off the Hoonicorn? You’re going to have to watch to find out. And you should because both machines are impressive as hell.

Here are the other videos in the series so far:

I’m not sure if I’m tired of Ken Block, or just jealous of what he gets to do for a living. I think I am finally tired of the Hoonicorn, though. I honestly liked it better before the twin turbos and methanol injection.
