K40 Radar Detectors: Integrated for Part 2

Jeff Glucker November 21, 2016 All Things Hoon, Featured 1 Comment

In the first test, we examined the K40 RLS2. I swapped my trusty Escort Passport 9500ix for the K40 unit, and I’ve been happy with it ever since. It’s excellent at filtering out a lot of the noise you find from modern cars on the road.

Now we’re back with a second test. This time it’s Jason Connor putting his fully hardwired RL360i to work for you. He’s had the system installed in his Mountune-modified Ford Focus ST, and it’s integrated cleanly into his daily driver machine.

Click play and let Jason walk you through the system above.

[Disclaimer: K40 provided the RL360i kit and covered installation costs.]
