Hoonivercinema- Monday Music Video

Robert Emslie November 12, 2012 Hoonivercinema

With beer can armor, vengeful LARPers, and real puking, Red Fang’s Prehistoric Dog video has it all. Oh yeah, there’s also a sweet ’67 Olds Cutlass, which apparently is an aluminum recycler’s dream car, and the song itself pretty much kick’s ass too. We’ve had Red Fang here before, with their Jack Ass-evoking video for Wires, and this one, I think it safe to say, is even better.

Now, I would be remiss in not pointing out the drinking and driving that goes on in this video, and it should be noted that we here at Hooniverse do not advocate such behavior. It’s important however to remember that this is a music video, not a how-to guide to life, and  we also don’t advocate other elements of this video including dismemberment and LARPing. It’s best just to sit back and enjoy the video while not trying this at home, kids. And you can do that after the jump.

I thought surrealism wouldn't be dangerous or addictive.
But I've built up massive tolerance, and now, this just gets me to normal.

I think it is about time that we just designate Red Fang as the official band of Hooniverse.

In other news, they are on tour right now and will be playing Salt Lake City next Tuesday. I plan on being there.
