I did a reverse image search, so that's probably kinda cheating…… Figured I'd leave it for someone who actually knew what it was.
huh… I didn't know teh googles had a reverse image search, I got no hits in tineye so i figured I was ok.

Click the blue camera on the search bar, then paste the image url. It is particularly useful when looking for a bigger version of an image.
