Mystery Car!
Today is the last Friday before Saturnalia, and as everyone is probably totally stressed out from all the shopping, and with lips chapped from all the sub-mistletoe kissing, isn’t it nice to have Mystery Car! to take your mind off the holidays?
Today’s contender comes from little Jeffy Glucker, a lad whose Photoshop skills are almost as remarkable as that of his pole dancing. Jeff brings us a car that yule likely be happy to find under your tree come Sunday, but of course you won’t know it if you can’t identify it, and hopefully he has disguised it sufficiently to make this a tough one. Remember, guesses don’t count, unless you’re a hottie in Guess jeans, and then pics or you never happened. Just like Clue, you have to give it up with authority, and as always, I want make, model, engine and year, no less.
Now go make Jeffy proud.

I Guess I have no clue what I'm even looking at.

Good guess, it's not a hose though, but a racing seat view from the back center.
Wait could it be the Zombee with spare motor in the passenger seat? I really can't make that stuff out on the right at all though.
Just try, you never know if you might get Lucky.
The engine's about where it was in my E100, but I'd rather it was an R5. Whatever this beast is, it has nice genes.
We're not playing nice this week…
I'm fairly certain I know what I am looking at. I am just not well versed enough in what I think it is to go anywhere with it…

Racing seat out of that number.
To the hoon that got me a NSX for Hoonmas: THANKS! IT IS TOTALLY RAD!
So, what we have so far is a carbon-fibre racing seat sitting next to what looks like a Hilborn injected V8 of some sort? Curious. I'm gonna guess that whatever it is, it doesn't go much more than 1/4 mile at a time.
Spyker C8.
I know very well what this is, I was just looking at it. This led me to the Williams Renault '93, which led me to the Espace F1.

In all fairness, nine out of ten of my searches end up in Espace F1 so, once again, I had an unfair advantage.

Well, I got the van and Renault parts right, just didn't have them together. Cest la vie! Nice choice of subject and image, though.
About to go home, thought it could be some strange conversion van turned into a race van, wrong again (I was thinking old US conversion van), but you got it, awesome! Have a great Holiday weekend everybody.
Excellent job, Syrax! Long time, no see!
And it all started cause I never knew this was a squashed hedgehog.

OMFG. Reasons I love this place …
1) Mystery Car
2) Mystery Car always answered rapidly, despite increasingly obscure (and obscured) images
3) Hooniverse responds with an interior shot of the lustworthy but ancient and one-off Renault fucking Espace F1, pumped through some twisted Photoshop manipulation algorithm
4) Which is promptly named by a reader in another hemisphere.
5) Carbon fiber racing seats in a minivan
unbelievable. awesome.
Don't forget:
6) Formula 1 V10 rear seat armrest.
I just fucked around with the levels to try and fugg up the image a bit. Plus that shot is the REAR seat… I thought that would help mess with your minds even more. Nope
