A friend of mine has always said that with enough time and money, anything is possible. In the case of this 924 Trike, I guess you could add to that equation enough PBR.

He just moved up-market.
I am really, really curious how the output of that motor makes it to the wheels.

Not bad in concept, if you're into the trike thing to begin with. Taking advantage of the 944's rear mounted transaxle. From the picture, it looks like he's not using any kind of bike motor (at least not in the traditional motorcycle location), but any shaft drive bike could be rigged to output to the transmission. The upside of that would be a 25 or 30 speed gear box (plus 5 or 6 in reverse!)
I'll bet he wimped out and went with a VW boxer and trans-axle. You can just see a dub-style exhaust pipe below the rear bumper.
Since most of the 924s used the transaxle straight out of the VW Dasher/Audi Fox it would be real easy to bolt one of those up.
