Today is our very own Jim Brennan’s birthday! While he’s going through a bit of a rough patch in his non-Hooniverse world right now, and has been forced to take a bit of time away from our hallowed halls, he’s surely missed, and we’re fairly certain he’s still checking in from time to time. So let’s brighten his day a bit! Speaking for those of us behind the scenes, I know our thoughts are with him, and we wish him a very happy birthday!

I've been to the one in Chicago and while the food was decent, the atmosphere was better. And my waitress is now in the running to be on the 2012 calendar.
I hope to review their location in Louisville in the near future.
That may be my new favourite restaurant in the world. And I've never been there.

Excellent choice. Looks a lot like my first "car" – a 1978 Ford Courier. Also, I'm digging your paver driveway. If mine wasn't so big and prone to icing, that's how I'd redo it.
A potential <pow!> for Alf. That is an '84 B2000, which is a courier, but with a Mazda motor instead of the Ford 2.3. Great, tough little truck, but not capable of handling the impending (and long since arrived) 2nd child.
The driveway was there when we bought the place. I love it in the spring before the weeds grow in, and I love it in the fall after they die. In the winter it gets icy, and in the summer it gets weedy. It was also never edged properly, so I have to do some digging and hammering this summer to get the edges back in line (literally).
I hope the Stinger's not going into LeMons. That would be a crying shame.
