Nice of the "artist" to warn the owner about this Michael person's parking skills, but perhaps there were better ways to do it.
Judging by the back window the "artist" can't park either. Must be their self-description on the tailgate.
A buddy in college lived in a small apartment complex right next to the University of Florida campus. Needless to say, the parking lot would fill up during the day with student parkers not wanting to pay for campus lots or parking meters. Al would go down with a bar of Ivory soap and write "No Parking" on the windshields of the offending cars. Repeat violator got their windshields totally blanked out with soap. To my knowledge, Al had at least the tacit approval of the other tenants and he was never caught in the act.

Back when I managed parking garages, there were plenty of morons who fully earned this treatment for a number of transgressions. However, they just got off with a barrel attached to their car until they came up with a hundred bucks.
I feel no real need to IM any asshole in particular, but then most people I know are asleep at this time of night, and I'm sober.
Also, according to Jeff's mother, does this "Michael" fellow park like this every day?

Otherwise it would have my dads name on it… and they have been divorced for years, so it would be even weirder.
