What I want to know is what is with the single wipe of the rear-window wiper at the very end of the clip? Just another indication of how the driver is unfamiliar with the car?

f'd up stuff like this seems to always come from foreign lands… maybe their fondness of the drink is a bit of a detractor… hrmmm… I can't believe I just said that.

What the hell is wrong with that guy?
The driver is either intentionally trying to kill the guy, or he really sucks at driving.
At least we can say with certainty that either way, he fails.
I wonder when my Mother-In-Law went to France.
Ok, the first nudge I could see someone not getting out. You cut it a little too close, so you stop, gesture some manner of "I'm sorry" to the guy on the ladder and then keep going (however if it was me I would want to check the damage). The second hit, maybe in your panic over the first hit you put it in the wrong gear, and got a bit punchy with the throttle, but damn, you f'ed up. It is definitely time to turn the car off, get out, and help the man you just injured. There are lots of people around, they aren't going to forget your face, or your license plate. Why the hell would they try to move the car a third time?
The "hittee" has the patience and disposition of a saint. I, personally, would be dragging the driver out of that car demanding a detailed explanation, following which I would in turn be stuffed into a cop car. Idiots like this annoy me.
